Pickens are slim right now for a good solid recommended Purchase Price with the CEF’s. I believe it’s because of all the saber rattling going on in Washington as both sides are preparing for a government shutdown. Even just the rumor of a shutdown is causing traders and investors to run for the hills and go into a sell mode. The CEF’s are currently in the middle of their Oversold cycle and are either declining
