The ETF Complete model closed the week up +0.2% compared to the SPY which closed up +0.9%. Year-to-date, the Complete Portfolio is now leading the SPY by about 1.7%. The SPY opened the week to a new high before treading water most of the week at that level and finally breaking out near the close on Friday. Concerns over a possible Government shutdown probably tempered an otherwise positive week of earnings and market news. Stay
