The ETF Complete model closed the week down -1.9% compared to the SPY which closed down -0.3%. Year-to-date, the Complete Portfolio is now leading the SPY by about 1%. Markets were looking to close marginally higher on the week until we hit an unusually large sell-off on Friday. At one point on Friday, the QQQ’s were down over three percent.
