The country models were down on the week on average about -0.25%. The benchmark was down -0.3%. Year-to-date, both county models are lagging behind the benchmark. The SPY, after putting in a new mid-week new high, closed marginally lower on the week. Concerns about the future and fate of the proposed tax reform sent the market lower Thursday.
