The country models were down on the week on average about -0.95%. The benchmark was up +0.2%. Year-to-date, both county models are lagging behind the benchmark. The SPY put in a quiet week near its all-time highs. Wednesday saw a weekly high move of about half a percent before it pulled back to close the week mostly flat. The FED let the key rate unchanged but stated that it was going to begin winding down
