The country models were up on the week on average about +2.6%. The benchmark was up +1.2%. Year-to-date, both county models are beating the benchmark by a small margin. The market, fueled both by strong earnings and by optimism over changes in Washington, finally broke out the narrow range it has been in for several weeks and on to new highs. The 10, 50, and 200 DMA on the SPY is positively stacked and sloped.
