The Sector models closed between -0.67% (Aggressive) and -0.32% (Conservative) on the week. The SPY closed down -0.14% on the week. The SPY, after putting in a new mid-week new high, closed marginally lower on the week. Concerns about the future and fate of the proposed tax reform sent the market lower Thursday.
